Cancellation Policy
Our clinic aims to support as many people as possible with their healthcare needs. When appointments are cancelled at short notice or patients do not attend, this prevents our doctors from offering that appointment to another patient who may need care.
If you need to rearrange an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty or administration fees when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
If you need to cancel your appointment, this can be done with at least 24 hours’ notice. A non-refundable £5 administration fee will apply to all cancellations to cover payment processing charges. Please note that any medication or vaccines ordered specifically for you are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, or if an appointment is not attended, the full cost of the appointment will be charged as our doctors are unable to offer that time to other patients at such short notice. We’re sure you’ll understand that this policy helps us ensure our doctors can see as many patients as possible.
