Cancellation Policy
Our clinic aims to support as many people as possible with their healthcare needs. When appointments are cancelled at short notice or patients do not attend, this prevents our doctors from offering that time to another patient who may need care.
If you need to rearrange an appointment, we ask that you provide at least one full working day’s notice. Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty or administration fees when at least one full working day’s notice is given.
If you need to cancel your appointment, unfortunately a non-refundable £5 administration fee will apply to your refund to cover payment processing charges. Alternatively, we can leave your account in credit for no charge as there are no fees for us for this. Please note that any medication or vaccines ordered specifically for you are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable.
If less than one full working day’s notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, or if an appointment is not attended, the full cost of the appointment will be charged, as our doctors are unable to offer that time to other patients at such short notice. We are sure you will understand that this policy helps us ensure our doctors can see as many patients as possible.
